genus

commonly

widely

ranges
around
the
world.

Recently,
10
strains
were
isolated
from
Guizhou
Province,
China,
identified
five
based
on
multigene
phylogenetic
analysis
ITS,
LSU,
TEF1-α
,
TUB2
morphological
observations,
including
two
recognized
species,
Ap.
arundinis
lophatheri
three
novel
viz.
bambusicaulis
bambusirimae
bambusilentiginis
.

that
closely
related
diverged
approximately
17.51
million
years
ago.
CAZymes
(mainly
chitinases,
glucan
endo-1,3-beta-glucosidases,
secondary
metabolite
synthases),
proteases,
KP3
killer
proteins,
lipases,
hydrophobins
were
found
be
conserved
strongly
associated
with
pathogenicity,
virulence,
adaptation
in
pathogens.
