China is located in eastern Asia and has a large quantity rich variety of bamboo resources. Bamboo resources also contain various fungal species such as Apiospora. The genus Apiospora commonly used plant pathogens, endophytes, saprophytes, which are widely present host ranges around the world. discovery metabolites been proven to play an important role pharmaceutical industry. Recently, 10 strains were isolated from Guizhou Province, China, identified five based on multigene phylogenetic analysis ITS, LSU, TEF1-α , TUB2 morphological observations, including two recognized species, Ap. arundinis lophatheri three novel viz. bambusicaulis bambusirimae bambusilentiginis . Illustrations descriptions these taxa provided.

Fungal diseases not only reduce the yield of edible mushrooms but also pose potential threats to preservation and quality harvested mushrooms. Cobweb disease, caused primarily by fungal pathogens from Hypocreaceae family, is one most significant affecting Deciphering genomes these will help unravel molecular basis their evolution identify genes responsible for pathogenicity. Here, we present high-quality genome sequences three cobweb disease fungi: Hypomyces aurantius Cb-Fv, Cladobotryum mycophilum CB-Ab, protrusum CB-Mi, isolated Flammulina velutipes, Agaricus bisporus, Morchella importuna, respectively. The assembled H. aurantius, C. mycophilum, are 33.19 Mb, 39.83 38.10 This first report aurantius. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that closely related diverged approximately 17.51 million years ago. CAZymes (mainly chitinases, glucan endo-1,3-beta-glucosidases, secondary metabolite synthases), proteases, KP3 killer proteins, lipases, hydrophobins were found be conserved strongly associated with pathogenicity, virulence, adaptation in pathogens. study provides insights into structure, organization, pathogenicity fungi, which a valuable resource comparative genomics studies control this thereby enhancing mushroom quality.

From the Industrial Revolution, at end of 19th century and beginning 20th century, there was a significant impact on environment due to increased emission environmental pollutants. This problem has seen considerable growth in recent years population growth, resulting further ecosystem changes human action. Furthermore, demands for water, electricity, food have led increasingly large concentrations waste being emitted. In this context, bioremediation is an up-and-coming biotechnological alternative combat growing pollutants into environment. perspective, basidiomycetes, popularly known as mushrooms, are effective tool remediating These fungi use different mechanisms processes, such biodegradation, biosorption, bioaccumulation, bioconversion. Currently, remediation potential mushrooms been studied. Therefore, bibliographic review aims analyze literature pollutant remediation. At analysis, it concluded that macrofungi very promising suppressing
