Given sophisticated (artificially intelligent) algorithms, computing power software available, we would expect governments to have successfully completed their digital transformation into Jane Fountain's (2001) ‘Virtual State’. In practice, despite heavy investments, often fail enact new technologies in an efficient, appropriate or fair way. Unboxing the Antecedents of Sustainable Employee Performance in China’s Hotel Industry

Many hospitality firms face multiple obstacles in their attempts to enhance and sustain the performance dedication of personnel. This paper investigates link between team climate, cultural diversity, organizational learning, sustainable employee (SEP) China's hotels.
