The central inquiry revolves around discerning motivations, stakeholders, quandaries that emerge in topic. analysis reveals innovation legitimation stand out as primary impetuses for engaging public deliberations concerning dilemmas associated with AI technologies. Supplementary motives rooted educational endeavors, democratization initiatives, inspirational pursuits, whereas politicization emerges a comparatively infrequent incentive. participants predominantly comprise general professional groups, followed system developers, industry business managers, students, scholars, consumers, policymakers. dimensions most commonly explored literature encompass human agency oversight, issues centered privacy data governance. Conversely, topics related to diversity, nondiscrimination, fairness, societal environmental well-being, technical robustness, safety, transparency, accountability receive less attention. paper delineates concrete operationalization calls involvement governance sphere. The adoption of Artificial Intelligence in the public sector in Europe: drivers, features, and impacts DOI
