Background/Objectives: Childhood obesity appears to be an alarmingly growing global threat. Current evidence has shown that can successfully managed with interventions targeting movement skills, motor coordination and physical activity. However, data concerning physiotherapy practice are limited. We aimed assess the impact of therapeutic exercise on 6-minute walk test (6-MWT) in obese children adolescents. Methods: A total 31 adolescents (BMI > 30 kg/m2), 18 males 13 females, aged from 8 years, were enrolled. Two study groups formed: control group (Group A), comprising ten children; intervention B), 21 children. Daily habits obtained via interview; anthropometric (weight, height BMI) recorded; 6-MWT parameters, blood pressure oxygen saturation (SaO2) assessed before after a 4-month program consisting breathing aerobic exercises. Abstract Background This study investigates the impact of screen time on auditory processing and working memory in tweens, considering subtle relationship proposed by Goldilocks Hypothesis. Background As adolescents increasingly engage with digital experiences, the internet serves as a platform for social interaction, entertainment, and learning. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated this trend, remote learning restricted physical interactions driving changes in behavior. Adolescents spent more time on gaming media, reflecting notable shift use patterns. Objective We hypothesized that changed patterns among Korean adolescents, including content types, web-based activities, pathological prevalence. Additionally, we anticipated these would correlate shifts adolescents’ psychological status during pandemic. RESUMO: Para mitigar os impactos da pandemia COVID-19, as instituições de ensino brasileiras foram fechadas e encerraram atividades presenciais em março 2020, o que afetou quase 100% população estudantil brasileira, acelerando a adoção aulas virtuais no fundamental. Isto forçou alunos mudarem para virtuais, resultando numa interrupção abrupta interação social do sentido cooperação entre alunos. Devido este cenário, esta pesquisa investigou um método viável melhorar utilizando Tecnologias Digitais Informação Comunicação (TDIC). Propôs quatro etapas metodológicas: análise das habilidades socioemocionais durante uso TDIC desenho digitais potencializassem melhora foco dos na perspectiva professores primário. O foi implantado validado por meio resultados demonstraram conjunto com pedagógicas desenvolvidas conforme realidade acesso à tecnologia auxiliou desenvolvimento competências já que, reconhecidos positivos organização tanto nas dinâmicas grupo empatia colaboração colegas tinham dificuldades utilização TDIC, quanto individuais.

This qualitative serial picture analysis of Swedish children's drawings, predominately from spring 2020 ( N = 169), aimed to explore their views and meaning‐making processes. BACKGROUND In Bangladesh as well throughout the world, children's screen time has significantly increased. Children spent a lot of on internet and digital screens for entertainment, education, communication which have increased their daily time. However, potential detrimental impacts excessive mental, physical, social health drawn attention. OBJECTIVE This study aimed to explore effect high exposure mental well-being school-going children in Dhaka, Bangladesh. METHODS From July 2022 June 2024, this cross-sectional descriptive was carried out. 420 kids between ages 6 14 were enrolled three English-medium Bangla-medium schools Dhaka city using stratified random sample technique. Anthropometric measurements, semi-structured questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI), Development Wellbeing Assessment (DAWBA), Strength Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ), validated Bangla, used gather data. We considered students who exposed less than 2 hours low-exposed group those more high-exposed group. RESULTS found 83% average 4.6 ± 2.3 hours. Abstract Background The aim of this study is to assess the prevalence anxiety and depression symptoms among adolescent students in West Bank region Palestine, with a particular focus on impact electronic device usage their mental well-being. Methods This cross-sectional included representative sample 1,140 adolescents enrolled governmental secondary schools. We targeted schools located Nablus, Ramallah, Hebron districts, which, respectively, represent northern, central, southern regions Bank. collected data sociodemographic characteristics, patterns usage, scores from Beck Depression Inventory-II, 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale, all gathered through self-administered online questionnaire. To explore independent relationship between anxiety, depression, various factors, we calculated odds ratios corresponding 95% CI using binary logistic regression model. Results revealed moderate severe at 35.4% [95% CI: 32.7–38.3%] 23.9% 21.4–26.4%]. Notably, were significantly higher females [OR = 3.8, 2.5–5.9], individuals lower academic performance 3.4, 2.1–5.4], smokers 1.9, 1.1-3.0]. Similarly, elevated depressive observed 2.0, 1.3–3.1], those 1.3–2.8]. Conversely, who used devices for shorter durations less likely experience 0.49, 0.32–0.76] or 0.47, 0.32–0.69].
