The present study has proposed three novel hybrid models by integrating traditional ensemble models, such as random forest, logitboost, and naive bayes, six newly developed of rotation forest (RF), decision tree (RF-DT), J48 (DF-J48), bayes (RF-NBT), neural network (RF-NN), M5P (RF-M5P) REPTree (RF-REPTree), with statistical i.e. weight evidence, logistic regression combination WOE LR. To predict the groundwater potential, nine potential conditioning parameters have been created. Information Gain Ratio used to evaluate impact each parameter. ROC curve validate models. According findings, 15 30% area a very high or potentiality. Furthermore, validation results revealed that RF based ensembles outperformed other standalone for modelling.

Groundwater depletion is one of the most critical concerns for users and policymakers. Identifying groundwater potential (low to high) helps properly plan available resource. This study has used possibilities a geographical information system (GIS), remote sensing and, course, field data delineate zones in Chennai River Basin (CRB). Thematic layers generated eleven controlling factors, such as geology, water level, drainage, soil, lineament, rainfall, land use, slope, aspect, geomorphology, depth bedrock, were brought into GIS environment. Then, appropriate weightage was given each layer using multi-criteria decision-making technique, namely, analytic hierarchical process (AHP). A map weighted overlay analysis, with following five classes: very poor, moderate, good, good. The results comparable actual specific yield from accuracy 78.43%. Thus, AHP-aided GIS–RS mapping useful tool prospecting this region world.

Ensuring water availability for agriculture and drinking supply in semi-arid mountainous regions requires control of factors influencing groundwater availability. In most cases, the population draws its needs from alluvial aquifers close to villages that are already limited influenced by current climatic change. addition, establishment deep wells hard rock depletes aquifer. Hence, understanding is an urgent requirement. The use geographic information system (GIS), remote sensing (RS), together with decision-making methods like analytical hierarchy process (AHP) will be good aid this regard. Tata basin, located SE Morocco, ten were used explain potentiality map (GWPM). Five categories potential zones determined: very low (8.67%), (17.74%), moderate (46.77%), high (19.95%), (6.87%). efficiency AHP model validated using ROC curve (receiver operating characteristics) which revealed a correlation between spatial distribution flow wells. Geophysical prospecting, electrical resistivity profiles, has made it possible propose new well sites. It corresponds conductive coincide intersection hydrogeological lineaments.

The management of groundwater systems is essential for nations that rely on as the principal source communal water supply (e.g., Mohmand District Pakistan). work employed Remote Sensing and GIS datasets to ascertain recharge zones (GWRZ) in Pakistan. Subsequently, a sensitivity analysis was conducted examine impact geology hydrologic factors variability GWRZ. GWRZ determined by employing weighted overlay thematic maps derived from about drainage density, slope, geology, rainfall, lineament land use/land cover, soil types. use multi-criteria decision (MCDA) involves utilization multi-influencing factor (MIF) analytical hierarchy procedure (AHP) allocate weights selected influencing factors. MIF data found very high spanned 1.20%, covered 40.44%, moderate 50.81%, low 7.54%. In comparison, AHP technique results suggest 1.81% whole area high, 33.26 55.01% moderate, 9.92% has potential. geospatial-assisted approach helps increase conceptual knowledge resources evaluate possible zones.
