Evidence regarding the strong links between emotional exhaustion, personal accomplishment, depersonalization, total occupational burnout and workplace environment, their consequences for general well-being of employees in public health inspection workforce services, is limited. Emergency medical technicians (EMTs) are at risk of developing post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) as a result seeing painful events involving suspected COVID-19 patients and being concerned about potentially infecting themselves their families. Therefore, screening for these disorders is essential in the post-Corona era. This study aimed to investigate prevalence PTSD among EMTs its relationship with occupational depression when dealing COVID-19.This cross-sectional was conducted on Zanjan University Medical Sciences using convenience sampling method. Data were collected demographic information questionnaire, checklist, Goldberg scale. The data analyzed SPSS software. Statistical tests such Pearson correlation logistic regression analysis used evaluate data.205 participated this study. mean standard deviation 37.13±12.93 (17-85), according cut-off (45), 30.7%. There direct significant association between total scores (r=0.435, p=0.001). Some domains, demand (r=0.306, p=0.001), colleague support (r=0.149, p=0.033), communication (r=0.293, p=0.001) had PTSD. domains sadness (OR=1.074, p=0.027) demands (OR=1.872, p=0.029) most important predictors Among variables, employment status protective factor (OR=0.378, p=0.038).PTSD affected one-third EMTs, it various dimensions stress. INTRODUÇÃO: Sumarizar o conhecimento científico sobre as repercussões da COVID-19 nos profissionais de saúde do serviço atendimento pré-hospitalar móvel. MÉTODO: Trata-se uma revisão integrativa realizada nas bases dados Literatura Latino-Americana e Caribe em Ciências Saúde (LILACS), PubMed Central, SCOPUS, ScienceDirect Web of Science. A busca ocorreu meses maio junho 2022. resultou um total 263 artigos e, após aplicação dos critérios seleção, nove compuseram a amostra final. RESULTADOS: As principais móvel corresponderam mentais (33,3%; n=3); ocupacionais bem como mentais, físicas n=3). Alguns estudos apontaram estratégias para diminuir exposição ao Coronavírus, durante pandemia COVID-19. Nenhum estudo incluído apontou suporte apoio aos sintomas profissionais. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: Os resultados permitiram concluir que repercutiu na mental, física ocupacional móvel, ocasionou mudanças no processo trabalho sobrecarga ocupacional.
