Abstract
Blue
light
exposure
of
the
ocular
apparatus
is
currently
rising.
This
has
motivated
a
growing
concern
about
potential
deleterious
effects
on
different
eye
structures.
To
address
this,
ARPE-19
cells
were
used
as
model
retinal
pigment
epithelium
and
subjected
to
cumulative
expositions
blue
light.
The
most
relevant
cellular
events
previously
associated
with
blue-light-induced
damage
assessed,
including
alterations
in
cell
morphology,
viability,
proliferation,
oxidative
stress,
inflammation,
induction
DNA
repair
mechanisms.
Consistent
previous
reports,
our
results
provide
evidence
resulting
from
repeated
irradiation.

we
explored

(DCNNs)
have
shown
remarkable
success
in
image
classification
tasks,
but
optimizing
their
hyperparameters
can
be
challenging
due
to
complex
structure.
This
paper
develops
the
Adaptive
Habitat
Biogeography-Based
Optimizer
(AHBBO)
for
tuning
of
DCNNs
tasks.
In
complicated
optimization
problems,
BBO
suffers
from
premature
convergence
and
insufficient
exploration.

adaptable
habitat

The
widespread
use
of
light-emitting
diodes
(LEDs)
has
increased
blue
light
(BL)
exposure,
raising
concerns
about
its
potential
adverse
effects
on
ocular
health.
Prolonged
exposure
to
BL
been
implicated
in
the
pathogenesis
various
retinal
disorders,
including
age-related
macular
degeneration
(AMD),
primarily
through
mechanisms
involving
oxidative
stress
and
inflammation
mediated
by
overproduction
reactive
oxygen
species
(ROS).
This
review
synthesizes
current
evidence
photoprotective
properties
dietary
bioactive
compounds,
(e.g.,
anthocyanins,
curcumin,
quercetin,
myricetin,
resveratrol),
with
a
focus
their
mitigate
BL-induced
damage.
Accumulating
research
suggests
that
antioxidants,
particularly
polyphenols,
may
offer
benefits.
These
phytochemicals
act

ROS
