Ovarian cancer therapy remains a challenge for human health, partly due to chemotherapy resistance. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying this resistance is crucial. Therefore, identify genes involved in cisplatin ovarian cancer, RNA-seq analysis of A2780cp (cisplatin-resistant) and A2780 (cisplatin-sensitive) cell lines was performed, revealing 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase 3 ( AGPAT3 ) as differentially expressed candidate gene. Cancer stemness, characterized by the self-renewal and differentiation capabilities of cancer stem cells (CSCs), is a critical determinant colorectal (CRC) chemo-immunotherapy. Herein, we repurposed copper-coordination driven metal-organic nano-frameworks (Cu-MOFs) to address chemo-immunotherapy resistance posed stemness. These Cu-MOFs were loaded with chemotherapeutic agent cisplatin (CDDP), resulting in formation Cu-MOF@CDDP.
