Purpose The purpose of this paper is to provide an in-depth analysis the challenges associated with using artificial intelligence (AI) in academic research and suggest various preventive measures that can be taken address these issues transform them into opportunities. Design/methodology/approach To develop measurement items constructs, authors collected 248 responses through online survey. One of the highly acclaimed innovations is mobile wallet. Mobile wallets ensure that customers can make purchases even if they forget their at home. The use these has increased significantly with spread COVID-19 pandemic as a preventive measure. However, restrictions lifted and adaptation to pandemic, are no longer forced wallets.
