This study examines the impact of service motivation as a mediating variable for self-efficacy, competence and organizational commitment on performance State Civil Apparatus. A random sampling approach was used to randomly select 209 respondents. Questionnaires were collect data. SEM-PLS with structural equation modelling (SEM) data analysis. Service is most dominant in influencing performance. It recommended policy makers motivate Apparatus terms carrying out their work, having good health duties, more confidence, high integrity, being skilled tasks, able adapt colleagues well. Furthermore, it also necessary increase role competence, training, from organization, so that all supporting components improve can go hand progress organization.

Abstract Background Research on the professional commitment of student in eight-year medical training program is sparse. Studying this population, especially its association with academic performance, can enhance understanding loyalty future doctors. This study aimd to investigate self-efficacy, commitment, and learning engagement students, examine relationship between self-efficacy explore mediating roles associations performance. Methods was a cross-sectional conducted Chinese university March 2022. Data students’ socio-demographic characteristics collected, self-reported questionnaires including General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), Professional Commitment Undergraduates Scales (PCUS), Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student (UWES-S) were completed. Academic performance ascertained using course examination scores most recent year. We examined relationships outcomes subsequently structural equation model (SEM) analysis Results A total number 402 students included study. The direct effect not significant. mediators Students clinical practice stage had significantly lower ( P < 0.001) than pre-medical stages, but there no difference self-efficacy. from low-income families (< 3000 yuan per month) that high-income (> 5000 = 0.005). Conclusions first among program, intermediary role plays Findings help rethinking long-term programs developing more effective counseling methods for those families.

Depression is a common psychological problem among college students, and its incidence has increased gradually in recent years. Studies have shown that self-efficacy significantly negatively correlated with depression, social support depression. This paper mainly summarizes the status quo of students existing studies, corresponding intervention programs. It provides theoretical basis for further research.
