ABSTRACT Elevated stress levels among teachers are linked to both physical and mental health issues, which in turn affect their job performance. In addition, Teachers' ability regulate emotions influences instructional effectiveness well‐being. Moreover, psychological well‐being is crucial for teachers' satisfaction success, influenced by factors like burnout personality traits external circumstances impact performance, affecting professional trajectory. Understanding these dynamics holistically essential fostering teacher enhancing the classroom; therefore, this study explores intricate connections between various influencing success. Sudden teachers' transition to an online context has remarkably influenced their professional identity construction. However, little is known about the tensions English Language Teachers (ELTs) experience during this shift. The present study examined ELTs' in courses, relevant coping strategies, TPACK level and its relationship with development. data were collected through a TPACK/teacher questionnaire semi-structured interviews. Descriptive analysis revealed that teachers had high of moderate technological knowledge. teacher indicated reported institutional, pedagogical, sociocultural varying degrees. Introduction. The authors explore the problem of increasing financial literacy in modern university students based on an analysis results a sociological survey and cognitive modeling tools. purpose study is to identify set interrelated factors that have most significant impact level predict features development system. Advances in technology have made it possible to conduct collaborative learning online via the Internet. Blended combines knowledge with on-site meetings allow students complete tasks and projects together a group. This research aimed elaborate voices of freshmen EFL toward blended including perceived benefits, challenges, how overcame especially completing digital comic projects. phenomenological study was conducted at private university Indonesia. This study was aimed analyze how implement teachers in teaching through scaffolding technique using online learning platform senior high school. Abstract In the rapidly evolving educational landscape, this study investigates effectiveness of hybrid teaching methods in enhancing oral communication skills Indonesian higher education, marking a critical exploration at intersection digital and traditional pedagogies. Anchored qualitative research methodology, it seeks to unpack complex experiences lecturers using enhance university students’ skills. Data were meticulously gathered through Google Forms survey consisting 12 open-ended questions. The survey, conducted from March August 2023, targeted diverse geographical regions Indonesia, ensuring wide range experiences. Results reveal that are motivated by need adapt pandemic restrictions, expand accessibility, integrate technology into teaching. They employ variety methods, including live online lectures, in-person workshops, flipped classrooms, project-based learning. These strategies supported various technological tools such as Zoom, Classroom, Slack, Padlet, Mentimeter.
