Machine and deep learning techniques are now essential for many different kinds of solutions in areas, applications, businesses. Analyzing e-commerce reviews using machine can motivate a company to make more wise decisions regarding the quality services it offers. But issues occur if there is insufficient high-quality data training, scalability, upkeep models. To address these important issues, we suggest data-centric architecture that makes use blockchain Interplanetary File System (IPFS)-based storage. Our provides secure cost-effective storage an incentive mechanism. experiment shows as dataset gets bigger, Naïve Bayes (NB) Support Vector (SVM) models get 2% accurate, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model 4% Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) 3 % accurate. The exhibited higher accuracy rates than because hidden layers possess ability extract intricate syntactic features from review text.

Various studies have been conducted to measure the level of service provided by an institution or service, including hospitals, in order determine customer satisfaction. The purpose this research is assess role quality services offered a hospital predicting This study was at Bunda Purwokerto Hospital. participants consisted 380 samples. Hypothesis testing using Smart PLS method yielded R-square value 0.413 for satisfaction variable. results H1 revealed favourable influence on outpatient patients original sample produced coefficient 0.130, t statistic 2.163 (> 1.96), and p-value 0.031 (< 0.05). relationship between trust job performance deemed positive significant, as evidenced t-statistic exceeding 1.96. confirms that improvement healthcare shapes patient loyalty. Aspects encompassing quality, such physical environment, customer-oriented atmosphere, responsiveness, effective communication, privacy maintenance, safety, demonstrate correlation with loyalty towards hospital’s image.

Ensuring the confidentiality of transmitting sensitive image data is paramount. Cryptography recreates a critical function in safeguarding information from potential risks and confirming identity authorised individuals, thereby addressing growing demand for enhanced security. This paper presents novel AES-permuted Feistel Blowfish (APFB) model that aims to improve security cost-effectively enhance protection by incorporating AES algorithms. The proposed model's utility over existing approaches stems its computational efficiency speed. resilience against several attack modalities are validated through comprehensive range methods, including extensive experimentation, histogram analysis, PSNR, entropy, MSE, CC, time, NIST statistical tests. outcomes yielded PSNR 67.26, NPCR 99.6354, UACI 33.412. Additionally, applicability utilising practical case analysis. exhibit relevance real-world applications.

Objective: The article aims to show how people perceive future implications for logistics customer service resulting from the implementation of new technologies in form game-changer artificial intelligence (AI) solutions spirit economy 4.0 and society 5.0. Research Design & Methods: research process used a nomothetic approach based on methodology mixed research. qualitative included study monographs, publications, reports, netographic sources.
