Integrating ICT in education: A scoping review of pre-service teachers’ ICT beliefs

review

current
understanding

pre-service
teachers'
beliefs
about
ICT,

College students’ satisfaction with online teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic: Evidence from Hubei Province, China

To
evaluate
the
performance
of
online
teaching
during
COVID-19
period,
we
collected
1886
survey
data
from
college
students
in
Hubei
Province,
China.
The
scoring
rules
Framework
for
Teaching
were
used
to
measure
students'
satisfaction
with
teaching,
and
an
econometric
model
was
constructed
empirically
validate
its
dynamic
influences.
We
found
that
pandemic
lower
than
offline
teaching.
Online
significantly
affected
by
variables
class
size,
proportion
epidemic
severity,
grade,
network,
course
classification,
major
teacher's
age
skills.
It
further
as
gradually
dissipated,
should
be
resumed
soon
possible.
These
findings
objectively
can
provide
suggestions
optimizing
future
emergencies.

Abstract
Background
Integration
of
digital
tools
and
resources
in
STEM
instruction
has
garnered
significant
attention
due
to
its
high
potential.
Digital
professional
development
is
identified
as
a
pivotal
factor
for
equipping
teachers
with
necessary
skills
effectively
orchestrate
resources.
