ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh strategi green business perilaku konsumen terhadap volume penjualan yang di mediasi keunggulan bersaing produk pada Point Coffee. Populasi dari point coffee. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel nonprobability sampling serta penentuan menggunakan metode purposive sehingga memperoleh jumlah 100 responden. Teknik analisa data Partial Leaast Square (PLS) dengan melakukan pengujian evaluasi outer model inner hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa berpengruh positif sgnifikan penjualan. This study examines green performance (GP) through human resource management (green HRM) practices and capability (GC) in Saudi Arabia's manufacturing sector. employed a quantitative method with survey strategy that utilized questionnaire. In total, the used 396 valid cases collected from middle‑ top‑level employees. Using structural equation model (SEM), findings suggest HRM practices, such as skill development (GSD), motivation (GM), involvement (GI), empowerment (GE), exert significant positive effect on GC GP.
