This study explored the potential of ultrasonic-assisted three-phase partitioning (UTPP) to simultaneously extract lipids, proteins, and polysaccharides from Idesia polycarpa Maxim (IPM) cake meal, a significant byproduct oil extraction. The impact variables such as inorganic salt type, solid-liquid ratio, concentration, pH, ultrasonic time, temperature, volume dimethyl carbonate was examined. Based on single-factor tests response surface methodology (RSM), optimal conditions were identified 30 % ammonium citrate, 1:26 pH 3, 31 min °C 15 mL carbonate. These achieved extraction rates 8.10 for 5.03 10.03 polysaccharides, with recovery 91.62 %, 83.08 93.95 respectively. Chemical analysis showed lipid fraction rich in linoleic acid, protein high glutamic aspartate, serine. polysaccharide fraction, mainly RG-I pectin molecular weight 226.58 kDa, exhibited strong thermal stability inhibitory effects α-glucosidase glycation, suggesting functional food dietary supplement applications. highlights UTPP sustainable method effectively utilizing valuable compounds IPM outperforming traditional techniques.
