The gradual integration of digital technology into traditional Chinese villages has triggered a shift in income distribution from labor to capital, posing challenges the wage growth employed peasants. This study investigates the relationship of High Involvement Human Resources Management Practice (HI-HRMP), Organizational Learning, Employee Dynamic Capability and Digital Performance. The primary objective is aiming to explore how mediates effect HI-HRMP Learning on research focuses employees PT Astra Daihatsu Motor in Sunter Karawang, involving a sample 185 respondents selected using purposive sampling from company’s workforce both location. employs quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaire collect cross-sectional data. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics summarize characteristics mean, Sobel test examine mediating employee dynamic capability, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analyze relationships between variables. finding shows that has direct positive significant digital performance but does not influence capability. Thus, capability fails mediate performance. Meanwhile, organizational learning significantly performance, directly or indirect through as partially variable.

The performance of higher education institutions is significantly influenced by their academic human capital (AHC), which encompasses research competencies, dynamic capacity, working critical thinking, social capital, and external relations. This study aims to investigate the interrelationships among these dimensions collective impact on institutional performance. In light of technological uncertainty and grounded in the dynamic capabilities view, this study investigates impact digital on competitive advantage Vietnamese small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) an emerging market. Surveying 250 SMEs Vietnam, research employed partial least squares-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to test hypotheses, followed by artificial neural network (ANN) PROCESS macro for robustness test. The results show no direct effect advantage; however, interestingly, positively moderates relationship between these firms. findings also indicate that are proven influence adaptive whereas fails moderate correlation. Abstract Digital technology has already permeated the production and operations of organizations, with many incorporating it into employee performance evaluations. However, there remains a research gap in identifying effective approaches to achieving digital performance. Furthermore, while scholars have often mentioned differences attitudes, dynamic capability (EDC) market, empirical evidence supporting this notion is scarce. This paper investigates influence high-involvement human resource management practices (HI-HRMPs) on (EDP) within Chinese small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), focusing specific cultural regions China. Using purposive sampling, four representative (Guangzhou, Shanghai, Guizhou, Anhui) were selected for Survey.
