This research examines the relationships between organizational socialization, psychological capital, and job performance within Chinese higher education institutions, with an emphasis on implications for institutional sustainability. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, this study surveyed 1079 faculty members across various universities in China to assess how socialization influences (task, contextual, adaptive, counterproductive dimensions) both directly indirectly through capital (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience). Previous research attests to the benefits of transformational leadership (as a unitary construct) for various employee outcomes. Less is known about how specific dimensions relate outcomes during crisis. In present paper, we investigate each dimension leadership, namely, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, and idealized influence employees' psychological capital in crisis, specifically COVID-19 pandemic. A cross-sectional study was conducted where employees from 301 small medium sized enterprises Kenya completed survey containing variables interest. Quantitative data analysis using partial least squares structural equation modelling utilized test hypotheses Smart PLS 4 software. Purpose This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the evolution and trends in psychological capital (PsyCap) related issues. Design/methodology/approach uses bibliometric analysis. A total 2,244 journal articles were extracted from Scopus database using relevant keywords, covering period 1997 2023. The data analysis was conducted utilizing VOSviewer software, Microsoft Excel, an online text tool. Objectives: This study investigates the factors that affect intention of using a recycled shopping bags at hypermarkets and convenience stores among Penang residents. The construction industry’s increasing environmental impact has led to the widespread adoption of sustainability claims, yet prevalence greenwashing—where organizations make misleading claims—threatens genuine sustainable development efforts. Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) have emerged as a potential solution, particularly in New Zealand and Australia sectors, where recent government climate regulations accelerated their adoption. However, effectiveness EPDs combating greenwashing practical implementation remain understudied. This research addresses this gap through comprehensive analysis construction, employing systematic literature review 82 articles from 2010 2024 across major databases. Using ATLAS.ti 9 software, study makes three key contributions: (1) develops novel framework for evaluating EPD programs preventing greenwashing, (2) establishes standardized methodology assessing completeness accuracy life cycle assessment information EPDs, (3) provides evidence-based recommendations improving industry. findings reveal critical shortcomings current practices, including inconsistent methodologies incomplete data. proposes specific reforms enhance reliability transparency, offering guidelines industry stakeholders verify claims.
