Digitalization has significantly transformed businesses in the 21st century, but there are gaps understanding how it affects human resource management and organizational culture SMEs Lima, Peru. This study aims to fill this gap by analyzing influence of digital transformation, competencies, HR on Lima these factors contribute sustainability. The article aims to identify the effects and determinants of implementing digital customer service tools in Polish SMEs terms requirements. Quantitative research was conducted among using a survey. following statistical methods were used analyze survey data: Dunn’s post hoc tests, ANOVA Kruskal–Wallis test, Kendall’s rank correlation coefficient, Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARSplines). Purpose This study aims to introduce a better knowledge mapping of the technology adoption for small-medium enterprises by referring literature reviews from Scopus Database during 2009–2023. ABSTRACT Environmental issues have been at the heart of global and EU member states policy agenda least for last decade.
