Telecommunication technologies have entered all spheres of society, creating wide chances for improvement. The splendid, safe, and effective digital revolution in best practices the productive use resources this field are driving force behind improvement innovation. aim study is to identify main problems arrangement evolution economy Azerbaijan, as well offer recommendations successful usage technology opportunities. Using regression analysis, impact on economic growth was determined. analysis showed a direct relationship between indicators (r = 0.857) high closeness Cheddock scale. outcomes that during last eight years (2015–2023), there has not been significant ICT Development Index Azerbaijan. Rendahnya keterampilan kerja merupakan tantangan serius di Indonesia. Kompleksitas dan dinamika pasar tidak sejalan dengan kemampuan banyak tenaga untuk memenuhi standar yang dibutuhkan. Masalah rendahnya ini menjadi fokus utama PKBM Cakra. Dengan pelatihan berbasis kewirausahan melalui pembuatan kopi sangan diselenggarakan, Cakra berharap dapat menjawab tersebut. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Keabsahan diperkuat triangulasi sumber teknik. Analisis meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses pemberdayaan tahap penyadaran, transformasi pengetahuan, hingga peningkatan intelektual perlu dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendampingan lebih mendalam mencapai kemandirian dalam penguasaan keterampilan. Pendampingan membutuhkan alokasi waktu tambahan pendekatan intensif agar warga belajar menguasai seluruh sangan, sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka bidang Partisipasi aktif belajar, lingkungan mendukung bimbingan instruktur berpengalaman berperan penting keberhasilan meskipun terdapat terkait keterbatasan waktu, fasilitas tindak lanjut dibenahi.

The Impact of Digital Capabilities on Peasants’ Wage Growth: Evidence from Chinese Farmer Entrepreneurs

The gradual integration of digital technology into traditional Chinese villages has triggered a shift in income distribution from labor to capital, posing challenges the wage growth employed peasants. Based on theory empowerment, this paper explores mechanisms credit availability and talent loss interplay between capabilities augmentation among This study empirically examines or validates mechanism for peasants through entropy weight method, OLS linear model, mediation effect propensity score matching while using survey data 490 farmer entrepreneurs as samples. findings are follows.
