Rendahnya keterampilan kerja merupakan tantangan serius di Indonesia. Kompleksitas dan dinamika pasar tidak sejalan dengan kemampuan banyak tenaga untuk memenuhi standar yang dibutuhkan. Masalah rendahnya ini menjadi fokus utama PKBM Cakra. Dengan pelatihan berbasis kewirausahan melalui pembuatan kopi sangan diselenggarakan, Cakra berharap dapat menjawab tersebut. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Keabsahan diperkuat triangulasi sumber teknik. Analisis meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa proses pemberdayaan tahap penyadaran, transformasi pengetahuan, hingga peningkatan intelektual perlu dikembangkan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendampingan lebih mendalam mencapai kemandirian dalam penguasaan keterampilan. Pendampingan membutuhkan alokasi waktu tambahan pendekatan intensif agar warga belajar menguasai seluruh sangan, sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka bidang Partisipasi aktif belajar, lingkungan mendukung bimbingan instruktur berpengalaman berperan penting keberhasilan meskipun terdapat terkait keterbatasan waktu, fasilitas tindak lanjut dibenahi.
