establish
a
multidimensional
framework
comprehensive
data
intelligent
decision
making.

existing
research
primarily
focused
on
technical
architectures,
governance
models,
application
scenarios,
systematic

data-driven
characteristics

limited.
This
paper
reviews
evolution
from
data-centric

acquisition,
