The detection and quantification of mycotoxins in beer are critical for ensuring consumer safety regulatory compliance. These contaminants, originating from barley other grains, persist potentially transform during the brewing process. Background: Mycotoxins, which are secondary metabolites produced by fungi, prevalent in animal feed and pose a serious risk to the healthy growth of livestock poultry.
