In order to increase the effectiveness of medical care and adapt Industry 4.0 technologies, it becomes necessary determine current directions healthcare development. The study purpose is identify trends development patterns innovative technologies in field using data mining methods. research methodology based on methods’ application information messages’ text analysis. set was formed by parsing publications from Google RSS feeds PubMed database for period 2018–2022. To analyze generated sets, a dynamic modification BERTopic natural language processing model Bibliometrix library were used. assess differences structure annual section, Wilcoxon T-test applied. sets contain 10,307 informational messages leading publishers 4,673 scientific publications. Introduction Biotechnology has significant potential in public health, offering critical support for communicable disease control, chronic illness management, and drug development. To foster biotechnology innovation, governments increasingly incentivize cooperations among organizations, resulting more interconnected cooperation networks. However, research on the evolution of these networks rely primarily static network analysis neglect micromechanisms under evolution, which lead to deviations policymaking. Methods Using temporal exponential random graph model (TERGM), accounts dynamic correlations, based framework consisting agency, opportunity inertia, this study analyzes impacts both endogenous exogenous factors Results The empirical China’s patent data from 2004 2023 reveals following findings policy recommendations. Driven by the development of innovative electrode materials, brain-machine interface (BMI) has witnessed significant advancements in recent years. However, traditional implantable electrodes, such as metal-based and polymer-based often face limitations terms flexibility, chronic stability, long-term biocompatibility. Liquid electrodes have emerged a promising alternative to offering unique properties numerous advantages for BMI applications. In this Review, we provided an in-depth overview liquid electrodes. demonstrate several desirable features, including high electrical conductivity, biocompatibility, ability conform irregular delicate structures brain. We also systematically thematically discussed their material properties, biocompatibility considerations, performance characteristics, assorted applications neural recording, stimulation, interfaces, closed-loop feedback systems, neuroprosthetics. Addressing these challenges will contribute successful integration widespread use systems.
