Integrated rice-fish farming has emerged as a novel agricultural production pattern to address global food security challenges. Aiming determine the optimal, scientifically sound, and sustainable stocking density of red claw crayfish (Cherax quadricarinatus) in an integrated rice-crayfish system, we employed Illumina high-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing evaluate impact different densities on composition, diversity, function, co-occurrence network patterns soil bacterial communities. Constructed-wetlands, biofilms, and sedimentation are among biological filters used in mariculture wastewater treatments, however, their impacts on the distribution of benthic microbial community inorganic-nutrient fluxes have not been fully explored. This study applied 16 S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology to investigate nutrient biofilters system. Results showed that bacterial compositions were significantly different constructed-wetland biofilm treatments (p < 0.05) relative sedimentation. The composition genes enriched with Proteobacteria (73%), Bacteroidetes (69%), Firmicutes (62%), Flavobacteria (61%) Biofilm compared (53%), (39%), (32%), (21%) constructed wetlands. NMDS analysis biofilms clustered separately treatment. Functional-Annotation-of-Prokaryotic-Taxa indicated proportions sediment-microbial-functional groups (aerobic-chemoheterotrophy, chemoheterotrophy, nitrate-ammonification) 47% constructed-wetland, 32% 13% Benthic-nutrient for phosphate, ammonium, nitrite, nitrate sediment oxygen consumption differed markedly 0.05).
