Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), an orally active Omega-3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid, has attracted much attention for its medical and healthcare value. Due to a large amount of acids (PUFA) including docosahexanoic (DHA) in fish oil, the highly specific enrichment EPA from oil is difficult achieve. In our study, we conducted immobilization studies on Burkholderia cepacia lipase (BCL) application selective oil. BCL was immobilized resin LX201A by covalent crosslinking, conditions glutaraldehyde concentration, pH, time were optimized. The optimal 0.5% glutaraldehyde, 4 h, pH 8.0. loading rate reached 93.5%, activity up 68263 U/g under conditions. After hydrolysis reaction 15h catalyzed BCL, content showed more increase 33.2%, while slight 0.78% DHA content. Moreover, after recycling use 10 times, catalytic efficiency remained at 93.0%. These indicated that possessed good selectivity, reusability stability, providing great potential industry.

The use of biocatalysts in pharmaceutical production is an important approach for the industry to achieve green manufacturing. Compared other lipases, Candida antarctica lipase B (CALB) possesses numerous excellent characteristics due its unique structure. Cross-linked enzyme aggregates (CLEAs) represent an effective tool for carrier-free immobilization of enzymes. The present study promotes a successful application functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) stabilization cellulase CLEAs. Catalytically active CLEAs and cross-linked (mCLEAs) from Trichoderma reesei were prepared using glutaraldehyde (GA) as cross-linking agent the catalytic activity stability CLEAs/mCLEAs investigated. influence precipitation agents, cross-linker concentration, concentration enzyme, addition bovine serum albumin (BSA), sodium cyanoborohydride (NaBH3CN) on expressed yield was studied.
