The lung is an attractive target for drug delivery because of the ease non-invasive administration via inhalation, bypassing metabolism in liver, direct to respiratory system treatment diseases, and a large surface area absorption. Nanocarrier systems offer several benefits pulmonary delivery, including uniform distribution among alveoli, improved solubility, sustained release, which reduces dosing frequency enhances patient compliance, potential cell internalization. Nanomedicine also being utilized combat emerging infectious illnesses like SARS-CoV, SARS-CoV-2, MERS-CoV, influenza A/H1N1. This review gives quick rundown diseases caused by agents such as bacterial, viral, biological roadblocks that prevent effective recalcitrant tract infections. We emphasized summarized recent efforts these infections using novel inhaled formulation-mediated strategies nanocarriers liposomes, polymeric nanoparticles, SLNs. In recent years, plant polyphenols have become a popular focus for the development of novel functional foods. Polyphenols, class bioactive compounds, including flavonoids, phenolic acids, and lignans, are commonly found in plant-based diets with variety biological actions, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer effects. Unfortunately, not widely used nutraceuticals since many chemicals possess poor oral bioavailability. Thankfully, can be encapsulated transported using bio-based nanocarriers, thereby increasing their Polyphenols' limited water solubility low bioavailability limiting factors practical usage, but this issue resolved if suitable delivery vehicles developed encapsulating delivering polyphenolic compounds.
