Green synthesis of magnetic gamma alumina nanoparticles (MGAl-NPs) for heavy metal adsorption: A novel approach wastewater treatment. This study investigates the potential magnetically modified removing copper (II) ions from aqueous solutions. The MGAl-NPs involves mixture aluminum hydroxide and iron oxide, resulting in a composite material with both adsorptive properties. adsorption capacity was found to be 34.48 mg/g at optimal conditions pH 5.0, initial concentration 50 mg/L, adsorbent dosage 0.1 g.The kinetics followed pseudo-second-order model, indicating that chemisorption dominant mechanism. Langmuir isotherm model best described data an R2 value 0.995, suggesting occurred through monolayer coverage. efficiency increased decreasing pH, confirming electrostatic attraction played significant role adsorption.Our findings demonstrate green is effective eco-friendly method metals wastewater. properties enable easy separation recovery adsorbed metals, making them promising candidate practical applications. provides valuable insights into developing sustainable adsorbents water pollution remediation.
