Excessive neointimal hyperplasia (NIH) of coronary vessels in patients is the main cause restenosis (RS) after percutaneous intervention (PCI). This study aimed to identify regulatory genes related NIH a rat carotid artery balloon injury model. We established model and performed RNA sequencing differentially expressed long non-coding RNAs (DElncRNAs) message (DEmRNAs). Immune cells were analyzed using murine Microenvironment Cell Population counter. The Pearson correlation between DEmRNAs, DElncRNAs, immune was analyzed, followed by function enrichment analysis. Core DEmRNA identified Cytoscape. Next, core lncRNAs-mRNAs-immune cell network constructed. NIH-related gene sets from Gene Expression Omnibus GeneCards databases used for validation.A total 2,165 DEmRNAs 705 DElncRNAs tissue. Four key screened out, including mast cells, vessels, endothelial fibroblasts. Based on 4 246 93 obtained. that interact with lncRNAs mainly involved cycle, MAPK signaling pathway, PI3K-Akt pathway. A lncRNA-mRNA-immune constructed, 9 mRNAs, lncRNAs, External datasets validation confirmed significant both these mRNAs NIH.In this study, an which provided clues exploring potential mechanism RS cardiovascular diseases.

Bone metabolism is a dynamic balance between bone formation and absorption regulated by osteoblasts/osteoclasts. metabolic disorders can lead to disease. Osteoporosis (OP), osteoarthritis (OA) femoral head necrosis (ONFH) are common diseases. At present, the treatment of disease still mainly relieve pain improve joint function. However, surgical does not apply vast majority high-risk groups, including postmenopausal women, patients with diabetes, cirrhosis, etc. Exosomes (Exos) nanoscale membrane vesicles that released almost all cells. Exos rich in variety bioactive substances, such as non-coding RNAs, nucleic acids, proteins lipids. In view structure Exos, it protect biologically active molecules be smoothly delivered target cells involved regulation cell this review, we focus on mechanism function homeostasis mediated exosomal ncRNAs (Exos-ncRNAs), macrophage polarization, autophagy, angiogenesis, signal transduction competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA). We summarized therapeutic strategies potential drugs Exos-ncRNAs Moreover, discussed shortcomings research directions carrier deliver play role.

Objectives To identify aberrantly expressed microRNAs (miRNAs) in sinonasal tissue biopsies of patients with granulomatosis polyangiitis (GPA), associate their expression profiles to histopathology, and assess differential between subgroups clinically proven GPA patients, healthy controls exhibiting inflammation other etiology. Methods We included formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded biopsy samples mucosa from 37 GPA, 15 etiology 14 control normal histology. Of the 20 had characteristic GPA-related histological features, while 17 displayed non-specific histopathology biopsy. Assessment parameters was performed using histopathological techniques, analysis miRNA miRCURY LNA miRNome Human PCR Panels quantitative real-time PCR. Results determined 306 miRNAs samples, which different extent dysregulation individual patient groups. Based on potential discriminate controls, non-GPA subgroups, 11 further assessed, miR-1-3p/-21-3p/-93-5p/-155-5p/-1248/-31-3p/-182-5p/-183-5p let-7b-5p held stratify based profile. Notably, several these were associated presence granulomas, vasculitis necrosis patients. Conclusion Our study identifies novel putatively implicated pathogenesis highlights dysregulated as supporting biomarkers establishing diagnosis, particularly early phases disease, or atypical presentation.

Buerger's disease was initially described by von Winiwarter in 1879 where he it as thromboangiitis obliterans (TAO), detailing the case of spontaneous gangrene secondary to intimal proliferation. In 1908, Leo Buerger published a complete pathological description based on amputation group people who later suffered short-term gangrene. or TAO is defined non-atherosclerotic inflammatory vasculitis that affects small and medium vessels (including arteries veins) lower upper extremities. Although there are hypotheses about its etiopathogenesis such association with exposure tobacco, few biomedical investigations have been carried out, so direct causality remains unknown. Diagnosis continues be challenge, since findings tend non-specific inconsistent suspicion, which why currently ruling out other causes atherosclerosis vasculopathies. With current evidence, many types treatments, both pharmacological non-pharmacological, cessation tobacco consumption having greater evidence results. It essential strengthen basic research well clinical trials standardize management this type patient, high impact quality life.

Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles of cellular origin. One the main characteristics exosomes is their ability to carry a wide range biomolecules from parental cells, which important mediators intercellular communication and play an role in physiological pathological processes. have advantages biocompatibility, low immunogenicity, biodistribution. As researchers' understanding has increased, various strategies been proposed for use diagnosing treating diseases. Here, we provide overview biogenesis composition exosomes, describe relationship between disease progression, focus on as biomarkers early screening, monitoring, guiding therapy refractory diseases such tumors neurodegenerative We also summarize current applications especially engineered efficient drug delivery, targeted therapies, gene immune vaccines. Finally, challenges potential research directions clinical application discussed. In conclusion, emerging molecule that can be used diagnosis treatment diseases, combined with multidisciplinary innovative solutions, will applications.
