Abstract
Amidst
the
COVID-19
pandemic,
speculations
on
decline
of
major
cities
have
surged,
with
studies
noting
temporary
population
decreases
across
various
worldwide.
However,
research
scarcely
addresses
pandemic’s
enduring
influence
perceptions
city
living.
Rather
than
exploring
mid-
to
long-term
impacts,
current
literature
focuses
mainly
comparing
changes
in
residential
preferences
during
and
before
pandemic.
To
fill
this
gap,
we
conducted
a
randomized
conjoint
experiment
scrutinize
altered
attitudes
toward
residing
Tokyo
Metropolis

reminders

pandemic
re-occurrence
