This paper aims to examine the influence of variables Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), Change-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Service Innovation Performance, and Narcissism. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. sample was hotel workers, totaling 218 respondents. Research data obtained from results filling out questionnaire analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques with help Smart PLS program. show that (i) GHRM has positive significant effect on higher GHRM, vice versa; (ii) OCB, (iii) OCB (iv) can mediate indirect Performance; (v) Narcissism does not moderate Performance. In general, conclusion drawn implementation practices development are important improving Performance workers Yogyakarta. Measuring social sustainability performance involves assessing firms’ implementation of goals, including working conditions, health and safety, employee relationships, diversity, human rights, community engagement, philanthropy. The concept is closely linked to the notion decent work, which emphasizes productive work opportunities with fair income, secure workplaces, personal development prospects, freedom expression association, equal treatment for both genders. However, tourism sector, known its significant share informal labor-intensive faces challenges that hinder achievement such as extended hours, low wages, limited protection, gender discrimination. Language plays a critical role in health communication, particularly the management and understanding of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) among elderly populations. This study aimed to explore language barriers that affect participants' comprehension NCDs, focusing on how these impact their disease causes, symptoms, treatment, self-management. The also investigated linguistic differences between healthcare workers patients influence effectiveness interventions rural South African context. qualitative phenomenological was conducted with participants aged 60 years above, all whom have chronic diseases. In-depth face-to-face interviews were using an interview guide during AWI-Gen 2 research feedback sessions Ga-Dikgale area. Data analysis performed QSR NVivo 10 identify key themes. Five major themes emerged regarding NCDs perceived barriers. These include Limited Knowledge Awareness Misconceptions about Mixed perceptions NCD causes Discrepancies workers' Importance interpreters facilitating NCD-related communication. revealed significant misconceptions diabetes hypertension, as well traditional practices like bloodletting, which relieve hypertension symptoms. It identified communication barriers, including limited time for practitioners explain diagnoses treatments. findings emphasize need culturally sensitive strategies improve literacy care. The COVID-19 pandemic has meant a serious risk to the economic viability of companies and sustainability employment in restaurant sector, high-impact activity for economy Mexico Spain. This paper analyzes causes prolonged intense damage employees via multilevel analysis techniques qualitative, inductive methodology drawing on multiple sources. Research propositions posit that sectoral structure, management practices, institutional actions during after are predictors recovery or continued losses. balanced result these three levels analysis, severe crisis situation, such as global pandemic, reveals combination low protection at macro level, hostile industry structure meso focus solely primary business objective resulted widespread resignation put survival risk, particularly smaller entrepreneurs.
