This study was conducted to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and human capital with climate. as mediation. Employees totaling 196 people were respondents in this using saturated sample techniques. Data collection methods questionnaires analyzed Warp PLS. Purpose The rapid global changes we are witnessing pose a pressing challenge that necessitates reevaluating conventional supply chain practices. Consequently, the integration of digital technologies into operations, often referred to as (DSC), has emerged strategic shift aims empower organizations proactively seize new opportunities rather than being caught off guard by unforeseen disruptions arising from economic volatility, pandemics and regional conflicts. Thus, this study embraces knowledge-centric approach explore direct indirect impact knowledge management, innovation learning capabilities on DSC adoption in an emerging economy context. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Does Digitalization Strategy Affect Corporate Rent-Seeking? Evidence from Chinese-Listed Firms DOI Creative Commons

The issue of corporate rent-seeking, which stems from the misuse authority, remains a critical concern for international community. Drawing on agency theory and resource dependence theory, this study explores relationship between digitalization strategies (DSs) rent-seeking. We test our theoretical hypotheses by utilizing panel data encompassing Chinese A-share listed companies 2004 to 2021. Our findings suggest that DSs have significant negative influence Several robustness tests support conclusion. Moreover, analysis indicates DS is particularly effective in curtailing rent-seeking behaviors within state-owned enterprises (SOEs) compared with their non-state-owned counterparts. However, contrary hypothesis, less suppressing among firms where executive team has legal backgrounds. These top managers, especially SOEs, should prioritize early formulation digital transformation reduce behavior.
