Despite the growing interest in entrepreneurship education and its impact on entrepreneurial intention, there is limited research why students’ intentions change over time. It has been observed that university to pursue are higher when they enroll courses; however, these usually shift both before after completion of course. This study investigates intention among students. Utilizing a mixed-method approach, this combines qualitative tools interviews diaries explore evolution intentions. The sample consisted undergraduate students Greek who had attended an innovation course as part their first-year curriculum academic year 2020–2021. utilized 163 structured complementary diary 96 from same cohort 2023–2024. NVivo12 software (32 bits version) was used analyze primary data. findings highlight notable changes result variety factors, including allure idea, cohesiveness teams, teaching strategies employed, support provided by families, certain personality traits. These provide valuable insights for educators policymakers better sustain students, while also further expanding understanding strategy development needs counseling education, very conducted issue.

For many years, entrepreneurs were considered the change agents of their societies. They use initiative and innovative minds to solve problems create value. In aftermath digital transformation era, a new group have emerged who are called transformational entrepreneurs. various platforms Surprisingly, despite importance, they not been sufficiently investigated. Therefore, this research scrutinizes elements affecting entrepreneurship in platforms. To do so, authors two-phase method. First, interpretive structural modeling (ISM) Matrices d’Impacts Croises Multiplication Appliqué Un Classement (MICMAC) used suggest model. ISM is qualitative method reach visualized hierarchical structure. Then, four unsupervised machine learning algorithms ensure accuracy proposed The findings reveal that leadership could mediate relationship between entrepreneurial mindset thinking transformation, interdisciplinary approaches, value creation logic, technology diffusion. GMM full type, however, has best among covariance types, with an 0.895. From practical point view, paper provides important insights for practitioners, entrepreneurs, public actors help them develop skills. results also serve as guideline companies regarding how manage consequences crisis such pandemic. provide significant insight higher education policymakers.

Abstract Managing the complex relationship between digitalization and sustainable development is a key challenge for many small medium sized enterprises (SMEs). To understand strategies of forerunners in field digital platforms platformization, this study performs cross‐case analysis three sustainability‐oriented SMEs employing multi‐sided operating sectors (wholesale, information communication technology, construction) Germany. The integrated framework draws from Belief‐Action‐Outcome theory, platform strategies, goals (SDG). findings identify four platformization exemplarily specify contributions to SDG 2, 7, 8, 9, 12, 13, 17. proposed socio‐eco‐technical emphasizes linkages an employed strategy (technical system), corporate culture (social stakeholders SDGs (ecological system). Abstract This study investigates the barriers that hinder non-leading Brazilian higher education institutions (HEIs) in repositioning within digital landscape based on dynamic capabilities. In-depth semi-structured interviews with top managers at six HEIs show main include uncertainty about traditional HEI future scenario, lack of strategic tools to reposition HEIs, knowledge cost-benefit an institution’s digitization, how implement changes, and information if should (or not) meet all new stakeholder needs. Purpose The purpose of this conceptual paper is to devote special attention contextualizing and gendering the subject female informal entrepreneurship as a complex phenomenon.
