Despite
the
risks
associated
with
generative
AI
(GenAI)
chatbots,
people
increasingly
use
these
technologies,
which
may
seem
contradictory.
This
study
identified
and
explored
factors
related
to
trust,
perceived
values,
satisfaction,
sustainable
of
GenAI
chatbots.
Relying
on
IS
theories
build
a
stimulus-organism-response
model,
authors
tested
model
using
PLS-SEM
data
from
393
ChatGPT
users.
The
results
show
that
user
competence
autonomy
dramatically
increase
user's
trust
in
ChatGPT,
improves
hedonic
value
(HV),
utilitarian
(UV),
value-in-use,
task-technology
fit
(TTF),
information
accuracy,
knowledge
acquisition,
informativeness,
satisfaction.
In
addition
satisfaction
depends
HV,
UV,
TTF.
sustainability

However,
privacy
concerns,
risks,
awareness
do
not
affect
consumer
trust.
There
is
complete
mediation
between
sustainability,
as
well
sustainability.

Artificial
intelligence
(AI)
technology
has
had
a
major
impact
on
education,
making
learning
more
interactive
and
efficient.
ChatGPT,
as
an
implementation
of
AI,
allows
students
to
get
information
quickly,
but
there
are
still
challenges
related
digital
literacy
understanding
academic
ethics.
Many
educators
have
not
fully
mastered
this
technology,
so
its
use
is
optimal.
This
research
uses
qualitative
descriptive
approach
by
utilizing
Technology
Acceptance
Model
(TAM)
based
questionnaire
explore
the
perceptions
FKIP
UMRAH
regarding
ChatGPT.
The
results
show
that
ChatGPT
widely
accepted
effective
tool
in
completing
assignments
increasing
efficiency.
However,
such
lack
ethics,
risk
plagiarism,
over-reliance
problems.
Educational
institutions
can
increase
through
special
training
implementing
stricter
regulations
AI.
These
findings
make
important
contribution
literature
acceptance
AI
education
offer
practical
solutions
for
policy
technologies
Future
expected
expand
sample
scope
long-term
students'
critical
thinking
abilities.
