Entrepreneurship is an important issue in the economy of a developing nation. However, development entrepreneurs Indonesia still very low when compared to other countries. Therefore, purpose this research analyze determinants Sustainable Youth Entrepreneurial Intention for Agricultural start-ups. Analysis was performed using Structural Equation Model. In addition, analysis main factors interest start-ups uses Smart PLS 3.2.9 on questionnaire data from 738 youth respondents Indonesia. Abstract Entrepreneurship has been viewed as a critical contributor and an economic engine in country for creating new jobs it is crucial graduates to alter their mindset become self-employed. Based on planned behavior theory (TPB), this study aims to explore the direct or indirect impacts of entrepreneurship education entrepreneurial intentions through self-efficacy and moderating role psychological capital. Sample data were collected by sending online electronic questionnaires university students in some universities Guangxi. A structural equation model was used test 757 valid sample data. The results showed that: (1) college different genders those with without family business experience have significant differences terms their intentions; (2) has a positive impact (3) plays complete mediating role; (4) higher capital can positively regulate intention. findings help explain need for education. PURPOSE: This study aims to integrate insights from the Socio-Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) and entrepreneurship literature develop a research framework of how perceived entrepreneurial opportunities (PEO) educational support (PES) shape progression self-efficacy (ESE) career interests (ECI). Additionally, this investigates whether ECI mediates effects PEO PES on intention (EI) moderate ESE EI. METHODOLOGY: A sample 888 university students was recruited Vietnam. E-leadership, a form of leadership facilitated by advanced information technology, has gained prominence over the past decade, particularly during COVID-19 pandemic, as it extends traditional to support remote work environments. This study investigated impact e-leadership on employees in higher education sector, explicitly exploring its effects engagement, well-being and organisational citizenship behaviours (OCB).
