From
a
historical
perspective,
career
development
theories
have
evolved
from
trait
factor
theory
to
self-concept.However,
these
tend
focus
on
selection
and
matching,
while
neglecting
the
influence
of
intrinsic
psychological
needs
process
development.The
aim
this
study
is
analyze
current
situation
employmentrelated
problems
among
vocational
college
students
their
influencing
factors.This
will
be
achieved
by
combining
self-determination
with
literature
research
methods.Based
analysis,
targeted
intervention
strategies
proposed.The
results
indicate
that
satisfying
university
students,
particularly
in
terms
autonomy,
relatedness,
sense
competence,
negative
emotions
related
employment
can
effectively
reduced
perspective
theory.This
strategy
provides
scientific
theoretical
basis
practical
guidance
for
promoting
students'
health
colleges
universities,
laying
solid
foundation
comprehensive
future
careers.

Background:
The
COVID-19
pandemic
has
significantly
impacted
the
educational
landscape,
leading
to
adoption
of
virtual
learning
in
Philippines.
Purpose:
This
study
aimed
identify
students'
self-determination
and
academic
motivation
following
their
experiences
transitioning
face-to-face
selected
higher
education
institutions
Quezon
City,
Methods:
employed
a
Mixed-type
research
approach,
specifically
Sequential
Explanatory
Research
Design,
with
sample
size
148
nursing
students
District
5
City.
Results:
A
high
level
was
found
among
participants,
correlating
type
family.
Three
subscales
were
identified
regarding
motivation:
Mastery,
Performance
Approach,
Avoidance.
Participants
displayed
Mastery
subscale,
moderate
Avoidance,
lower
Approach.
established
strong
association
between
motivation,
suggesting
that
student
is
likely
be
academically
motivated,
while
can
help
develop
self-determination.
Qualitative
analysis
revealed
three
themes:
Multifaceted
Feelings,
Transformative
Shift,
Relational
Pillars,
illustrating
emotional
complexities,
physical
psychological
changes,
crucial
role
support
systems
during
transition.
Conclusions:

The
emergence

current

relationship
theory,
we

psychological
antecedents

young
adults’
willingness
to
engage
in
