This research proposes a computational framework for designing compliant bistable mechanism and fabricating it using 3D printing customized medical applications. The proposed method reduces upper limb tremors, taking advantage of the nonlinear mechanical properties flexible structures. model's development execution on single platform streamlines integrated inverse design simulation, simplifying customization process. A synthetic human arm model, built to imitate wrist, was scanned with light detection ranging (LiDAR) sensor customize model structure. Afterwards, used test mechanism. Automating process deep neural network (DNN) evolutionary optimization decides optimal configurations stiffness vibration attenuation. pseudo-rigid-body (PRBM) developed train machine learning (ML) in design, making computationally affordable find parameters structure specific response based tremor characteristics. Experimental results showing up 87.11 % reduction power while weighing only 27 g reduce vibrations various situations suggest its use 4D wearable orthotic devices Parkinsonian tremors related diseases.
