Metaverse banking service is the transformation from online to a metaverse environment that allows customers access services and interact with representatives in virtual environment. The refers realm integrates physical reality digital environments, enabling users interact, socialize, participate wide range of activities through use avatars immersive technologies. While there are advantages adopt metaverse, adoption researches scarce primarily focus on game, education, sport, providing limited attention services. Furthermore, most research using standard information technology/information system models has focused organizational context adopted compulsorily. mainly voluntarily by for personal purposes. Thus, this leads difficulty drawing meaningful conclusions toward adoption. study addresses these issues proposing new unified theory acceptance technology model (UTAUMT), which consists performance expectancy (MPE), facilitating conditions (MFC), effort (MEE), social influence (MSI) determine Moreover, trust (MET) financial resources (MEF) also incorporated investigate complexity integrated been developed validated pretest (face validity content validity) pilot test before applying 491 metaverses-experienced Vietnam questionnaire approach. Partial least squares structural equation modelling-artificial neural network (PLS-SEM-ANN) provided comprehensive result as it can capture both linear nonlinear relationships. results showed only one proposed hypotheses between behavioural intention (BIM) was not supported thus needed further investigation. contributes academic literature constructs assess users’ likelihood adopting assists bank managers understanding makes them realize services’ growth opportunity pursue. Given scope focusing solely Vietnam, would be advantageous future cultural variations among mobile commerce incorporate comparative analysis across multiple countries, particular emphasis Asian nations.

Interior design industries have evolved to adopt advanced digital and interactive virtual reality (IVR) technologies for promotion. Marketing using a platform with interior feature is an approach that enables not only the building up of positive image firm but also allows customers experience home intuitively on platform. This study researched relationship between three factors aesthetics, ease use, information quality in marketing consumer satisfaction. Data from 120 respondents were collected via internet. The results generated structural equation modelling indicated above positively influence customer satisfaction empowered IVR design. It was found has most among factors. Despite numerous scholars having conducted in-depth research marketing, existing lacks perspective examining what significant impact consumers. Moreover, relatively little work been determine customer’s perceptions towards its features. A theoretical model features thus proposed.

This research aims to find out the factors affecting adoption of Metaverse in healthcare. study explores effect perceived ease use, usefulness, and trust on adopting healthcare by keeping digital division metaculture as moderating variables. The philosophical foundation is rooted positivism paradigm, methodology quantitative, approach used deductive. Data was collected Pakistan China through judgmental sampling from 384 respondents. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analyze data. findings validate relationship between use metaverse with β-value 0.236, t-value 5.207 p-value 0.000, usefulness 0.233, 4.017 a 0.192, 3.589 0.000. Results also show that divide moderates relation having 0.078, 1.848 0.032. Similarly, does not moderate relationships metaverse. Medicine is a discipline based on and nurtured by scientific research technological development. The use of health services supported information technology increasing worldwide, Latin America no exception. Factors such as needing more specialists in peripheral cities, large geographic areas, socio-cultural aspects limit the possibility receiving timely quality medical care services. Information Technology (IT) for purposes, e-health, cost-effective solution equitable access to healthcare optimization rising associated costs. As an e-health service, telemedicine facilitates mediates distance communication between patient staff. Even though at beginning development telemedicine, it would have relevant impact, given socioeconomic conditions population this part world. Drawing extended Unified Theory Acceptance Use (UTAUT2) theory, we developed theoretical model identify latent factors influencing public acceptance examined their interrelationships. A survey questionnaire was designed administered 391 residents Antofagasta, mine region Chile. After that, structural equation modeling employed analyze data. results reveal that UTAUT2 factors' performance expectancy, social influence, price value significantly impact intention (R2 = 0.693). Additionally, presented good fit. This study enriches existing offers insights into understanding managing Chilean sector.
