The purpose of this study was to assess chiropractic students' opinions their digital literacy proficiencies. A cross-sectional, quantitative, and exploratory conducted with 1st 4th year bachelor health sciences 2nd master students (n = 244) at the University Johannesburg using an anonymous, self-administered online Likert-style questionnaire. 41-item survey collected demographic data self-perceptions on 4 aspects skills, namely, information (IL), communications technology (ICTL), utilization (ICTU), media (ML). Data were analyzed according constructs. response rate 57.78% 141). majority 18-24 years age female highest cohort from students. Students reported high levels agreement within IL (M 4.220; SD .472), ML 4.271; .507) constructs lower ICTL 3.808; .568) ICTU 3.762; .562) Age sex not statistically significant; academic significant for only (p .040). All exhibited acceptable internal consistency (IL: 0.862; ICTL: 0.830; ICTU: 0.840; ML: 0.844). New evidence on the digital competencies of healthcare leaders can provide essential knowledge for building training to ensure high-quality patient care. The aim this mixed-methods systematic review was identify current best from qualitative, quantitative, and studies leaders' competence experiences perceptions factors associated with it. A conducted following Joanna Briggs Institute guidelines reviews by including original qualitative quantitative observational published in English or Finnish between January 2012 2024. were retrieved four databases (CINAHL, PubMed, Scopus, Medic). In total, 4470 articles screened, 122 eligible full-text screening, 19 included according established inclusion exclusion criteria.
