Advances in treating classic Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL) have improved cure rates, with overall survival exceeding 80%, resulting a growing population of survivors at risk long-term complications, particularly cardiac and pulmonary toxicity. Bleomycin, key component combination chemotherapy, is associated bleomycin-induced toxicity (BPT). Using label-free quantification nano liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, protein expression diagnostic samples from patients without BPT was compared. Results showed differential disrupted cellular pathways, suggesting biological differences risk. Immunohistochemical analysis revealed higher JAK3, BID, MMP9, lower CD20, TPD52, PIK3R4 BPT. High BID low CD20 were inferior survival, while high JAK3 linked to poorer progression-free survival. These findings highlight altered profiles pretreatment cHL biopsies development.

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a non-psychoactive compound derived from Cannabis sativa. It has demonstrated promising effects in combating inflammation and holds potential as treatment for the progression of chronic inflammation. However, clinical application CBD limited due to its poor solubility bioavailability. This study introduces an effective method preparing CBD-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (CBD-SLNs) using combination low-energy hot homogenization ultrasonication. We enhanced this process by employing statistical optimization with response surface methodology (RSM). The optimized CBD-SLN formulation utilizes glyceryl monostearate primary component nanocarrier. screened tool managing Stable, uniformly dispersed spherical size 123 nm, charge −32.1 mV, encapsulation efficiency 95.16%, drug loading 2.36% were obtained. CBD-SLNs exhibited sustained release properties, ensuring prolonged controlled delivery, which could potentially amplify therapeutic effects. Additionally, we observed that significantly reduced both reactive oxygen nitrogen species proinflammatory cytokines chondrocyte macrophage cell lines, these inhibitory being more pronounced than those free CBD.
