Because
of
the
ongoing
pandemic
around
world,
mechanisms
underlying
SARS-CoV-2-induced
COVID-19
are
subject
to
intense
investigation.
Based
on
available
data
for
SARS-CoV-1
virus,
we
suggest
how
CoV-2
localization
RNA
transcripts
in
mitochondria
hijacks
host
cell’s
mitochondrial
function
viral
advantage.
Besides
transcripts,
also
localizes
mitochondria.
SARS-CoV-2
may
manipulate
indirectly,
first
by
ACE2
regulation
function,
and
once
it
enters
cell,
open-reading
frames
(ORFs)
such
as
ORF-9b
can
directly
evade
cell
immunity
facilitate
virus

disease.

Abstract
In
recent
years,
immunotherapy
represented
by
immune
checkpoint
inhibitors
(ICIs)
has
led
to
unprecedented
breakthroughs
in
cancer
treatment.
However,
the
fact
that
many
tumors
respond
poorly
or
even
not
ICIs,
partly
caused
absence
of
tumor-infiltrating
lymphocytes
(TILs),
significantly
limits
application
ICIs.
Converting
these
“cold”
into
“hot”
may
ICIs
is
an
unsolved
question
immunotherapy.
Since
it
a
general
characteristic

apoptosis,

(RCD)
