The
favorable
prognosis
of
"hot"
tumors
is
widely
acknowledged
in
oncology.
Recently,
the
concept
tertiary
lymphoid
structures
(TLS)
has
renewed
appreciation
for
local
immune
cells
within
tumor
tissues.
Tissue-resident
cells,
a
newly
identified
subset
tumor-infiltrating
lymphocytes,
are
emerging
as
potential
key
players
infiltration
and
TLS
formation,
due
to
their
ability
reside
indefinitely
tissues
mount
effective
responses
antigens.
Cervical
cancer
(CC),
fourth
most
common
cause
cancer-related
mortality
among
women
globally,
experienced
comparatively
limited
progress
delineating

microenvironment

Tissue-resident
immune
cells
(TRICs)
are
a
highly
heterogeneous
and
plastic
subpopulation
of

reside
in
lymphoid
or
peripheral
tissues
without
recirculation.
These

from
their
circulating
leukocyte
counterparts.
Many
studies

roles

provides

into

Currently,

TRIC
population
includes
tissue-resident
T
cells,
memory
B
(BRM)
innate
lymphocytes,
macrophages,
neutrophils
(TRNs),
mast
but
unignorably

TRNs

controversial.
Previous

diseases,
however,

developmental
trajectories,

cross-talks
