Blockchain technology has been gaining relevance in every walk of life. The digital transformation of our physical lives, driven by cutting-edge technologies like AI, 5G, and Extended Reality, is rapidly unfolding through the metaverse. This study investigates factors influencing adoption intention metaverse its impact on small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) performance, employing technology-organization-environment (TOE) framework. A cross-sectional analysis involving 173 owners/senior managers SMEs in Canada was conducted to develop a conceptual model. Exploratory factor Cronbach’s alpha were employed assess questionnaire’s validity reliability. Correlation, regression analysis, Baron Kenny’s method used evaluate relationships mediation effects. findings revealed seven significant SMEs’ intention.
