The present work proposes a new decision support tool for assessing the sustainable suppliers in healthcare supply chain. For this purpose, classical Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to Compromise Solution (MARCOS) model is integrated with Sugeno-Weber weighted averaging operators, modified symmetry point criterion (SPC) model, rank sum (RS) Fermatean fuzzy sets (FFSs), named as 'FF-SPC-RS-MARCOS' framework. developed firstly determines experts' weights through RS model. Second, novel operators are introduced combine opinions. Third, unified weighting procedure presented based on combination SPC approach objective weight method subjective attributes. To aim, distance measure FFSs further applied compute between aggregated numbers value an attribute approach. With the advancement of information technology, Internet is pivotal in today’s society, serving as a global connectivity platform. Leveraging technology within an enterprise can improve operational efficiency and curtail costs. However, traditional platform selection methods cannot simultaneously handle quantitative qualitative information, fuzzy semantics, incomplete expert-provided information. To address these limitations, this study integrated analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) approaches to tackle problems environment. demonstrate validity research approach, utilized construction industry case confirm efficacy proposed novel process-based method. Comparative analysis against model (WSM), (WPM), FAHP, typical WASPAS was conducted with numerical verification, revealing that method effectively manages comprehensive yields more rational outcomes for platforms.
