The Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is one of the major approaches utilized for risk analysis management in many fields human activity. usual FMEA tools are not effective dealing with complex systems institutional concentration uncertainty over, do deliver optimal solutions. To avoid this obstacle, current study will fuse successful managerial coupling Fuzzy Multiattribute Grey Theory(FMGT) Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) to optimize sequencing process. main strength FMGT lies its ability develop/ construct an imprecise information continual attributes which related failure modes their influence on system, while cost done DEA offers idea efficiency solutions that optimal. By blending both control strategies FMEGT within integrated framework, able reach greater effectiveness. Serving as a case we so series specific tests simulations, approach proposed successfully analyzes critical modes, factors, resource allocation. results indicate suggested way acts facilitator decision-making by minimizing making system wise reliability industrial plants.
