Coulomb friction is considered as a mechanical approach to diminish the structural responses during excitations. However, in case of severe oscillations supplementary mechanisms are employed besides mitigate destructive effects vibrations structures. Therefore, main goal this research develop new Hybrid System (HS) which parallel combination Viscous Damping (VD) and for structures subjected dynamic load. To achieve goal, effect viscous damper embedded equation motion proposed by Den Hartog Single-Degree-of-Freedom (SDOF) system, has been extensively implemented past few decades. In numerical example study, implementing HDM system resulted decreasing maximum displacement range 1% 98% different amounts force amplitude damping ratios.
