Altered metabolism of lipids is a key factor in many diseases including cancer. Therefore, investigations into the impact unsaturated and saturated fatty acids (FAs) on human body homeostasis are crucial for understanding development lifestyle diseases. In this paper, we focus palmitic (PA), linoleic (LA), eicosapentaenoic (EPA) colon normal (CCD-18 Co) cancer (Caco-2) single cells using Raman imaging spectroscopy. The label-free nature allowed us to evaluate FAs dynamics without modifying endogenous cellular metabolism. Background/Objectives: Food-insecure individuals are at risk for poor health outcomes, including substandard sleep health. A possible association of food insecurity with regularity has not been explored, and factors contributing to the relationship between well understood. This cross-sectional study explored identified specific nutrients that mediated association. Methods: used dietary intake, interview, physical examination, actigraphy, laboratory data from NHANES 2011–2014 assess correlation in a sample U.S. adults (n = 6730).
