The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scale, self-designed general data questionnaire, influencing factor questionnaire were used respondents previous month. A chi-square test multivariate unconditioned logistic regression analysis performed, factors obtained applied models. divided into training-testing set (n=14,451, 70%) independent validation (n=6194, 30%) by stratified sampling. Four models using regression, artificial neural network, random forest, naïve Bayes developed validated. In total, 20,645 subjects included this survey, with mean global PSQI score 6.02 (SD 3.112). disturbance rate 28.9% (n=5972, defined as >7 points). total 11 variables related taken parameters models, including age, gender, residence, specialty, respiratory history, coffee consumption, stay up, long hours internet, sudden changes, fears infection, impatient management. Among generated network proved be best, area under curve, accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative value 0.713, 73.52%, 25.51%, 92.58%, 57.71%, 75.79%, respectively. It noteworthy that naive achieved high specificities 94.41%, 94.77%, 86.40%, respectively. The containment measures affected multiple levels, indicating it desiderate provide targeted university social support. presented excellent efficiency favorable implementing earlier improve present conditions.
