Objective To determine the prevalence and factors associated with depressive, anxious, stress symptoms in medical students Peru, during second pandemic wave of COVID-19. Abstract Background The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic continues to affect the mental health of college students in post-epidemic era. We assessed status and related factors who are vulnerable anxiety depression during COVID-19 lockdown. Methods This cross-sectional study was conducted two weeks after beginning lockdown, from November 6, 2022, December 2, with 1176 valid samples using convenience sampling. Stress is prevalent in the lives of college students, which may manifest into anxiety and depression, especially after life-altering events, such as COVID-19 pandemic.
