BACKGROUND Numerous studies have explored interventions to reduce digital addiction outcomes, but inconclusive evidence makes it difficult for decision-makers, managers, and clinicians get familiar with all available literature find appropriate interventions. OBJECTIVE o summarize assess the certainty of proposed decrease from published systematic reviews. METHODS An umbrella review reviews was undertaken. Included were meta-analyses quantitative primary assessing an intervention that aimed addiction. RESULTS 5 21 associations included in review, which 4 (80%) high-quality Weak observed 19 associations, whereas null appeared rest 2 associations. These pertained nine (group counseling, intergrated internet prevention program, psychosocial intervention, reality therapy, self-control training cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), screen time child exercise) ten outcomes (self-control, self-esteem, IGD symptoms, spent gaming, IA scores, use time, interpersonal sensitivity longlines, anxiety depression). CBT could (0.939, 95% CI, 0.311 1.586), symptoms (1.394, 0.664 2.214) gaming 1.259, 2.206) scores (-2.097, -2.814 -1.381). Group counseling had a large effect size on improving (1.296, 0.269 2.322) reduced levels (-1.147, -1.836 -0.997). Exercise (-2.322, -3.212 -1.431) depression (-1.421, -2.046 -797) (-1.433, -2.239 -0.627). CONCLUSIONS The indicates current are weak. Data more better-designed larger sample sizes needed establish robust evidence. CLINICALTRIAL Preferred Reporting Items Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) 2020 statement [14]. Results: level was increased study group 20.75± 14.29 72.75± 24.09 sustained for 3 months 62.44 ± 20.77 with statistically significant (f=7.090, p=0.006) large effect size 0.75. When compared no change as mean scare start 22.35± 23.44± 16.09 after 21.75± 17.44 insignificant difference (f=0.454, p=0.574). The score shows highly decrement in between three time (pretest= 62.93, immediately post= 52.13, post months=52.70) 0.78 (f=95.029, p< 0.001), that showed changes 64.0± 14.54, 63.13± 12.87, months=63.53± 11.36) (f=1.012, p=0.332). Exercise been found reduce addiction; however, its mechanism remains unclear. This review aims elucidate potential moderating factors between exercise and based on previous studies provide a reference for adolescents effectively participate in addiction. Results A total 12 studies, 17 samples, 861 subjects included meta-analysis, all randomized controlled trials. findings revealed that intervention significantly reduced (SMD = −3.11; 95% CI: −3.91, −2.30; p < 0.001). effect moderated multiple variables, such as measurement tools, types, cycles, frequency, duration single intervention. Conclusion Our suggest could serve an effective strategy preventing or ameliorating adolescents. Based results this study, we encourage phone-addicted engage mix skills 30–60 min three more times weekly than eight consecutive weeks.

In recent decades, the number of people who experience their Internet use behavior as problematic has risen dramatically. Germany, a representative study from 2013 estimated prevalence disorder (IUD) to be about 1.0%, with higher rates among younger people. A 2020 meta-analysis shows global weighted average 7.02%. This indicates that developing effective IUD treatment programs is more critical than ever. Studies show motivational interviewing (MI) techniques are widely used and in treating substance abuse IUDs. addition, an increasing online-based health interventions being developed provide low-threshold option. article presents short-term manual for IUDs combines MI therapy tools cognitive behavioral (CBT) acceptance commitment (ACT). Internet addiction (IA) is a growing health concern, especially among young adults. Adverse childhood experiences (ACE) have emerged as an important risk factor associated with IA. However, the relationship between IA and ACE remains understudied in India. The present study aims to explore association of cumulative domain-wise exposure adults Delhi-NCR, cross-sectional was conducted 285 (aged 18-25 years) either sex (64.2% females) residing were screened using YIAT ACE-IQ, respectively. Differences prevalence median scores across different levels examined. Chi-square Kruskal–Wallis tests used these differences. Binary logistic regression compute odds ratio (OR). increased increasing from 0 ≥4 categories. Exposure ACE, compared no exposure, significantly 3.82-fold [OR (95% CI)=3.82 (1.49-9.74), p-value=0.005]. Further, 13 domains, only sexual abuse CI)=1.97 (1.13-3.42), p-value=0.016].
